This versatile beverage is perfect to enjoy both cold and hot, adapting to all seasons! Simply over ice, hot or cold, with a blender or mixer, with a granita machine.
Frappe with blender or mixer (1 serving)
Put 60g of Moka Frappe Mix and 130–150 ml of milk or alternative in a blender.
Add 200g of ice and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Hot version
Mix 30g of Moka Frappe Mix with a spoonful of hot milk or alternative in a glass.
Pour 180–200 ml of hot milk and mix well.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
Frappe in slush machine (multiple servings)
For 1 kg of Frappe Mix, add 4 L of milk, mix and pour into the slush machine.
